Festival Grade: ★ ★ ★
Type of cuisine: all around the world
Who I went with: my mom and grandma
The festival atmosphere: creative, festive, successful
What I ate: I shared lots of different foods with my mom and grandma

1. Pork Meatballs
“The pork meatballs needed more options for different types of sauce on the menu.”

2. Chicken Wing Soup
“The soup needed pieces of chicken, not blended all together. You could add chicken and potato to it.”
3. Pad Thai with Chicken
“The peanut sauce was too nutty and it needed more acid.”

4. Chicken Masala
“Don’t change a thing about the chicken masala! Everything is perfect.”

5. Yucca
“The yucca is flavorful and colorful. Tastes both savory and sweet!”

6. Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Sweet Potatoes, and Apple
“The roasted Brussel sprouts are so colorful! But the roasted sweet potatoes were too sweet. It all together was bland.”

7. Cajun Blackened Shrimp
“The cajun blackened shrimp is well balanced. I do like the spinach with it together. It was my favorite of the day!”

8. Brownie and Ice Cream
“Combine brownie and ice cream for the perfect combo!”
My recommendation: I recommend everyone to go next year!

Great review Chef Genevieve!
