What I ate: Roasted chicken sausages with sides of sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. I shared a pretzel with cheese sauce and vegan schnitzel with my mom. We got black forest gateau to-go for dessert.
How I would describe the restaurant: musical theme, living in Europe, bar-like

What I liked about this meal: The pretzel is soft and rich. The cheese sauce was light on the booze, which is a fantastic flavor and texture. The vegan schnitzel is unique and different. It tastes amazing and crispy. The sausages are well cooked.
What I would change about this meal: The mashed potatoes need seasoning.
The restaurant atmosphere: Casual.
My recommendation: I recommend it as something new to adults!
