What I ate: pan seared jumbo sea scallops, green beans, and saffron risotto
How I would describe the meal: fabulous!!!
Who I went with: My dad and my cousin Eric
What I liked about this meal: The scallops were well seasoned and had a good sauce. The plating was light and good looking. The green beans had no salt added, which was perfect for me.
What I would change about this meal: I prefer a fully cooked, not dry risotto.
The restaurant atmosphere: Joyful, strong, high society
The service: Fantastic.
