What I ate: We shared pretzels with beer cheese, a chicken quesadilla with chipotle sauce, and lemon sorbet
My recommendation: I recommend everyone to go next year! Be adventurous in your cuisines and your taste buds!
1. Soft pretzels with beer cheese from Pretzalo
“The pretzels are soft and salty, but dipping them in the beer cheese toned it down and made it well-balanced.”
2. Chicken quesadilla with chipotle sauce from The Quesadilla Company
“The chicken is flavorful and well-seasoned in the quesadilla. The sauce had too much in the portion size.”
3. Bourbon chicken and rice from Hibachi Fried Rice
“This was flavorful and savory.”
4. Chicken Lumpia from Milk Tea’rapy
“I kinda like the dipping sauce with the egg rolls. The inside was healthy but the crispiness was deep fried.”
5. Filipino Palabok (shrimp and noodles) from Milk Tea’rapy
“One of a kind! I liked the sweetness altogether with the egg and the acidity with the lemon works perfectly.”
