Recipe: Homemade Whipped Cream

What I liked about this recipe: Easy ingredients. It has good flavoring.

What I would change about this recipe: I would not change a thing! Next time I want to try chocolate whipped cream and different varieties of whipped creams.

My recommendation: I recommend others have the whipped cream for breakfast as a topping with Greek yogurt and fruit, granola, or craisins for a ‘create your own yogurt’. Also it goes well with pies! Or be unique for whatever dessert you have that can go with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • Cold heavy cream
  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla extract

Recipe:

  1. Whip the cold heavy cream, sugar, and a little vanilla together using an electric whisk on medium-high speed. Just for a couple minutes.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla as you want for taste.
  3. Stop whisking when you like the texture and the taste. Enjoy!
