Why I traveled: The reason I went to Plano outside of Dallas is to have fun and to celebrate my friend Joli’s baby shower. I’m so happy we went!
My recommendation: I recommend anyone to go because it was a really good place to celebrate and bring people together from all over Texas and the country!
La La Land Café

How I would describe the restaurant: yellow, movie-themed like a motion picture, comfy
What I drank: hot chocolate
What I thought: It was sweet and delicious!
Maggiano’s Little Italy

How I would describe the restaurant: mood lighting, romantic, good for the baby shower! To me it is the perfect place for events – a baby shower, wedding shower – perfect for event planning!
What I ate: pasta alfredo with chicken and I tried the apple crostada and cheesecake for dessert
What I thought: The food was so rich! The seasoning and the sauce on the alfredo were so good. I liked both of the desserts! The apple crostada was very tasty and syrupy and it was crispy – a lot of good textures all together. I like the idea of the fruit on top of the cheesecake to make it more professional. Don’t change a thing!

How I would describe the restaurant: blend of traditional and very eclectic, memorable dining experience, stylish
What I ate: queso and chips, shrimp tacos
What I thought: The queso has awesome heat and is rich. The chips have no sal, just oil, and that is amazing. The shrimp is flavorful and well seasoned, and the taco shell is perfection!
