The festival atmosphere: fun, outdoors, festive, creative
What I ate: We shared a Polish platter with beef stew, golabki, cheese pierogi, sauerkraut, and polish sausage
My recommendation: I would recommend this festival to other people because it can help you get in touch with your roots and heritage if you’re Polish, or if you want to try something different that can make you a better chef.
1. Beef stew
“The beef stew is flavorful and rich.”
2. Golabki
“The golabki are like pigs in a blanket. They are good but the cabbage is tough and saucey.”
3. Polish sausage
“The polish sausage is good. I like the glaze on it.”
4. Sauerkraut
“The sauerkraut is really great! I love the flavor.”
