How I would describe the meal: classy, herb-like, Mediterranean
About the restaurant: The restaurant is owned by Chef Jay and Chef Amanda. They have 30 years of experience. They made their pizza for a wedding occasion for Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck in 2022!
What I liked about this meal: I like the history of they catered for J-Lo and Ben Affleck – it’s an interesting background. I really like that the pizza is herby and earthy and that they have cheese balls on top. I like the thin crust!
What I would change about this meal: I would rather add some sweet peppers for a crunch and to have something colorful. I could do onions, too.
What I would order next time: Next time I would try the classic cheese. And also I would like to build my own pie!
My recommendation: I would recommend this restaurant to everyone around the world.
A Chef's Life by Genevieve 
We have been to Pizza Florian 3 times and have had wonderful food each time. We never had the Cacio e Pepe but plan to try that next. Their Antipasti is delicious!
