How I would describe the restaurant: festive, creative, and salsa bar
What I ate: pollo loco (chicken, cheese sauce, rice), chips, salsa, queso
What I liked about this meal: The salsa is mild. The rice is very cooked and well done.
What I would change about this meal: The queso is soupy and I’d like it to be thicker – you can’t even taste the cheese!
What I would order next time: Next time I would try the chori pollo, which has grilled chicken and chorizo. Other ones I would try are carne asada and pollo ranchero.
My recommendation: I recommend this restaurant to everyone for lunch or dinner!
