“I studied every shelf in the kitchen and came up with an idea that we’ve never done before using the collard greens!”
– Chef Genevieve

Recipe grade: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
The recipe in three words: tasteful, colorful, and Italione!
Where I discovered it: I made it at Hearts for the Homeless in downtown Buffalo.
Cooking Partners: My mom and Chef Stacy
What I liked about this recipe: It is very flavorful. It’s definitely healthy because of the vegetables and the chicken.
Thoughts for next time: Next time I would more seasoning like all Italian seasoning or herbs. I would try cheese on top next time.

Ingredients:
- collared greens, fresh or from a can
- diced tomato
- tomato sauce
- rotini pasta
- basil
- cooked chicken
Recipe:
- I cooked the pasta.
- I mixed everything together in a big tray.
- I baked it all together in the tray at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until hot all the way through.
- Enjoy!
